Refund policy

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
